Sealed bids for Deering High School Facade Repairs shall be submitted electronically to bidsubmit@portlandmaine.gov with the name of the Bidder, Contract Name and Bid number in the subject line will be received until 3:30 p.m., June 17, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read. Proposals may also be submitted via USPS, UPS, FedEx or hand delivered to the City of Portland, Purchasing Rm. 103, 389 Congress St., Portland ME 04101. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to ensure that their bid is submitted prior to the date and time specified. Late bids shall not be accepted.
PROJECT NAME: Deering High School Facade Repairs
LOCATION: 432 Stevens Ave, Portland, Maine.
OUTLINE OF WORK: Briefly and without force and effect upon the contract documents, the work of the contract can be summarized as follows: furnishing all the labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform precast replacement and miscellaneous facade repairs at the Deering High School. The work includes the work outlined above including all preparation and application and clean up per the specifications and manufacturers’ recommendations.
MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday May 28, 2026 at 3:00 pm at the Deering High School; which all prospective qualified bidders must attend in order to submit a bid. We will meet in the Main Office at Deering High School. Anyone arriving late will not be allowed to attend the pre-bid nor submit a bid for this project.
