Notice of Intent to Award
RF 2026-08 Website Management Services
Following the completion of the evaluation process for RFS 2026-08 Website Management
Services at, the Selection Committee recommends awarding the contract to Daruma Tech LLC
contingent upon successful contract negotiations.
The Selection Committee conducted a thorough, fair, and impartial review of all responsive
proposals in accordance with the established evaluation criteria. Based on the final scoring and
ranking, Daruma Tech LLC. was determined to be the highest-ranked firm and is deemed the
most responsive, responsible firm to provide the services outlined in the solicitation.
