Work under this project includes, but is not limited to replacement of approximately 4000 linear feet of 8” diameter sanitary sewer, including 14 precast manholes and 1600 LF of 4 and 6 diameter sewer services, including all materials, equipment, and labor to conduct project pipe installation, traffic control, excavation, backfill, compaction, trench paving, erosion control and all other work required for complete project. The project site has concrete under the roadway in some areas and this will be replaced with flowable fill as part of trench road repair work.

The project must be substantially completed within 180 consecutive calendar days and complete within 210 calendar days after the execution of Notice to Proceed
