GENERAL: Olathe Public Schools USD #233 (or the "District") is soliciting bids for Adobe Renewal. Bidders (also herein referred to as "Contractors") will execute and submit all bids in accordance with the attached instructions and Terms & Conditions, as well as the applicable provisions of the specifications.
SCOPE: The District intends to contract for the renewal of annual support licensing for its Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, as specified in the Line Items section of this RFB. The District would like to entertain a 3-year pricing agreement with the awarded Contractor, paid annually. Bidders will propose a lump sum cost for the total 1YR term of the agreement and will attach quote proposal document outlining each years annual commitment. The District will choose to contract for the single year renewal or the 3-year agreement, whichever is determined to be in it's best interest.
