Patrick County, Virginia is soliciting proposals from qualified Internet Service Providers to provide broadband infrastructure construction and related services for eligible broadband expansion areas within Patrick County.  The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to establish a contract with a qualified provider capable of designing, engineering, permitting, constructing, activating, operating, and supporting the broadband infrastructure necessary to extend reliable, high-speed internet service to eligible locations within Patrick County
