NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The City of Lathrop (“City”) will accept sealed bids for the construction of public improvements for the Mossdale Wastewater Pump Station Access Modifications and Upgrades, CIP WW 26-09 (“Project”). Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk, located at 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330, until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Bids submitted by mail shall be addressed to: City of Lathrop, Attention: City Clerk, 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330, and must conform to the Submission of Bids requirements within this section. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

Contractors intending to bid on this project must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330.

The Project is located at 703 River Islands Parkway, Lathrop, CA. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, access modifications and the replacement of electrical and mechanical equipment at the Mossdale Wastewater Pump Station.

DIR Registration: Each Bidder must submit proof of DIR Registration with the Bid Proposal—no exceptions. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5, all subcontractors listed in the Bidder’s Subcontractor List must also be DIR-registered contractors. If awarded the contract, the Bidder and all subcontractors of any tier must maintain DIR registration throughout the duration of the work.

The City of Lathrop does not sell copies of the plans and specifications. These documents may be purchased through ARC at https://www.e-arc.com/location/stockton/ . Select “Order from Planwell,” then “Public Planroom.” Locate the project by searching for “Lathrop.” Plans and specifications may also be ordered by contacting ARC Stockton at (209) 464-8724 or by emailing stk.branch@e-arc.com .

All Bid Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
