Eagle Dr Culvert Replacement
It is the intent of McCormick County to award this project to:
TRI-STAR CONTRACTORS, INC.
This Notice does not constitute the formation of a contract between the County and Contractor
and is subject to the execution of a written agreement between both parties.
The Contractor shall not acquire any legal or equitable rights relative to the contract services until a
contract containing terms and conditions acceptable to both parties is executed by an authorized
representative of each party. In the case of a failure to execute a contract, the County may
cancel this Notice with no obligation to the Awardee.
The County also reserves the right to cancel this Notice at any time prior to the execution of a
written agreement.
