Invitation for Bids Madison County MVM/TRMCC Beds and Mattresses:

Madison County is accepting sealed bids for the purchase, delivery, and installation of nursing home beds and mattresses for use at Madison Valley Manor and Tobacco Root Mountain Care Center. The bid shall include pricing for the following items: Regular Beds - Quantity 53. Acceptable sizes include: 36”W x 80”L, 39”W x 84”L, 42”W x 88”L. Bariatric Beds - Quantity 3. Acceptable sizes include: 42”W x 80”L, 48”W x 80”L.

Regular Mattresses - Quantity: 48, Dimensions: 36” W x 80” L. Bariatric Mattresses - Quantity: 4, Dimensions: 42”W x 80”L. Specifications:

All equipment must be new and meet applicable healthcare, safety, and operational standards. Bid submissions should include: manufacturer name and model numbers, product specifications and warranty information, estimated delivery time, installation cost, and freight and delivery costs.

Sealed bids must be received no later than June 19, 2026, at 5:00 pm and clearly marked “Madison County MVM/TRMCC Beds and Mattresses Bid.” Bids will be accepted at the Madison County Commissioners’ Office, PO Box 278, 111 E. Wallace, Virginia City, Montana 59755, until 5:00 p.m. Bids will be opened and read publicly on Monday, June 22, 2026, during the Madison County Commission Discussion Meeting. Madison County reserves the right, in accordance with Montana Code Annotated §18-4-307, to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid deemed in the county's best interest.
