The City of Pasadena Public Works Department, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) is seeking qualified contractors to furnish and deliver automotive, light-duty truck, medium-duty truck, and heavy-duty truck replacement parts and repair consumables on an as-needed basis. The resulting contract will support the maintenance and repair of City-owned vehicles and equipment operated by various City departments.

The City of Pasadena maintains a diverse fleet consisting of passenger vehicles, light-duty trucks, medium-duty trucks, heavy-duty trucks, and specialized equipment. To support ongoing fleet maintenance and repair operations, the City requires access to a broad inventory of replacement parts and repair consumables.

Due to the age, variety, and complexity of the City's fleet, replacement parts may include current production components, discontinued items, specialty products, and hard-to-find parts that may not be readily available through standard distribution channels.
