Overview

Summary

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD), is seeking a qualified vendor to provide fluid sampling kits and laboratory analysis services for City-owned heavy-duty vehicles and equipment on an as-needed basis. The vendor shall provide sampling kits to the City for motor oil, power steering fluid, engine coolant, transmission fluid, and hydraulic fluid. City personnel will collect fluid samples and return the completed kits to the vendor's designated laboratory for analysis. Upon completion of testing, the vendor shall provide laboratory results and recommendations electronically via email to designated City personnel.

This is an informal solicitation intended to establish a vendor for ongoing service needs throughout Fiscal Year 2027.

Background
