Scope of Services
Bidder shall provide transmission oversight services for the construction and maintenance of Florida Keys Electric Cooperative (FKEC) transmission line and substation facilities. Bidder should be able to mobilize services to the FKEC service territory. The scope of these services will involve cooperation with FKEC in the documentation and validation of work performed by the construction and/or maintenance contractor.
