Scope of Services
The City of Kissimmee, Downtown Kissimmee CRA (DKCRA), and Vine Street CRA (VSCRA) have issued this Request for Letters of Interest from qualified firms to provide general real estate brokerage services for real property located within the City of Kissimmee limits, on a continuing and non-exclusive as-needed basis. The specific needs may vary based upon assignment; however, such services may include but are not limited to those listed below. At a time the City of Kissimmee, DKCRA, or VSCRA have identified the need for specific services to be made, a staff representative will contact one of the selected CONSULTANTS to determine the specific scope of the project and request a proposal for services. Proposals should include rates for services, completion dates, and delivery dates for services. The City of Kissimmee reserves to right to accept or reject the proposal from the CONSULTANT. Assignments will be awarded to CONSULTANT at the sole discretion of City of Kissimmee staff.
