Scope
|
The Contractors selected under this RFP must provide medical benefit plans and all services related to the administration of the current medical benefits for the existing self-insured POS and EPO/HMO plans (medical only) and fully-insured HMO plan (medical, prescription, and vision). The County’s Plans must be set up with Medical Necessity with no loss of grandfathered status and must align with current plan design. The County reserves the right under the Contract(s) that are executed as a result of this RFP, to negotiate a change in coverage under the Plans that is within the general scope of the Contract(s) with the Contractors at any time during the contract term subject to mutual written agreement of the parties via a written Contract Amendment. |
