Scope

Grant Writing and Funding Opportunities
The Contractor will:
Identify relevant grant and funding opportunities.
Evaluate potential applications with each District.
Lead the drafting and submission of grant applications on behalf of the A&E Districts.
Provide reporting and compliance support for awarded grants.

A&E Event Support
The Contractor will provide support for District events, including:
Event planning, coordination and logistics to align with A&E goals.
Artist booking aligned with the A&E Districts’ cultural image to include artist selection, contracts, and management and working with artist for them to submit financial document and finalized contracts for payment by the County.
Day-of-event staffing and coordination for events including, but not limited to, concerts, parades, and advisory convenings.
Work with the A&E District to order any necessary supplies and materials for the event.
Support the County staff with on-site supervision on the day of an event.
Support County staff in interagency coordination needed for the event
