A mandatory pre-bid site inspection is required. Inspections must be scheduled with Rick Michalec at (708) 670-3074 and completed November 16–18, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Bidders must submit the completed Pre-Bid Site Inspection Form (Attachment A) with their bid. Refer to the solicitation for complete requirements.
