Summary

Washington County Facilities Department is seeking bids from qualified contractors for repairs to the Adams Annex Building due to a car crash which damaged a portion of the building facade. Repairs are needed in order to provide weather protection and access to space within the building.



Background

Building is an existing one story CMU building with wood roof structure, composite roof and crawlspace. A car crashed into the southernmost tenant space, creating a large hole in the front facade that now needs repair.
