Turner Construction will receive Statements of Qualification per Iowa Code Chapter 26A (also referred to as Statement of Qualifications Preapproval Forms herein) for construction of Dallas County – County Attorney and County Auditor Office Renovations in three sites located within Adel, Iowa.

For the Dallas County Attorney, the project consists of a two-phased 16,607 square foot renovation of the existing building located at 902 Court Street.

For the Dallas County Auditor, the project consists of a two phased 17,584 square foot renovation of the existing buildings located at 100 Nile Kinnick Drive (Highway 169) and 210 North 10th Street. The renovations are to update the existing county owned building to support the full-time functions for the Dallas County Attorney and Auditor and their respective staff and personnel.

Statement of Qualifications Preapproval Forms must be filled out, compiled, and submitted by, or before, 5:00 PM, Monday, August 31st, 2026. Any submissions received after this time will not be accepted nor opened.
