The scope of construction includes:

• Airfield safety and security.
• Construction site environmental compliance.
• In-place grinding of existing structural section. On-airport stockpile for future use by owner.
• Earthwork including excavation, embankment, and subgrade preparation.
• Miscellaneous surface grading and shoulder backing.
• Surface drainage improvements including concrete valley gutters (with and without trench drains) and earth swales.
• Aggregate base and hot-mix asphalt pavement surface course.
• Concrete apron construction.
• Pavement marking.
• Hydroseed erosion control material.
