The City of Westbrook is requesting proposals for providing snow/ice control and removal services for Riverfront Municipal Parking Garage and Downtown Parking Garage. All specifics can be found in the attached Parking Garage Plowing Bid Pkg 2026 (6362).
Questions regarding should be directed to Eric Dudley (Public Services Director) at least 5 business days before the deadline.
To be considered, bid packages must be sealed, clearly marked (Winter Maintenance/Snow Removal), and received by the Office of the City Clerk, ATTN Christine Johnson, Westbrook City Hall, 2 York Street, Westbrook, ME 04092 by 10:00 am on Friday, October 16, 2026.
The City of Westbrook reserves the right to accept or reject any/or all proposals, parts thereof, and to further make modifications as it deems in the best interest of the City.
