Sealed Bids for the Waterbury Home Improvement Program (W.H.I.P.) at 52 Stephana Lane will be received by the City of Waterbury at the office of the Director of Purchasing, Room 103, City Hall Building, 235 Grand Street, Waterbury, CT 06702 until 11:30 a.m. on August 18, 2026 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bids will be received after 11:30 a.m. on the day the bids are to be opened.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 52 Stephana Lane at 4:00 p.m. on August 3, 20 26 . Attendance and on-time sign-in at the pre-bid conference by a representative of each Bidder is mandatory.
