Sealed Bids for Window Shades will be received by the City of Waterbury at the office of the Director of Purchasing, Room 103, City Hall Building, 235 Grand Street, Waterbury, CT 06702 until 10:30 a.m. on September 1, 2026 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bids will be received after 10:30 a.m. on the day the bids are to be opened.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 21 West Main St- 6 ^th Floor, Waterbury, CT 06708 at 10:00 a.m. on August 18, 2026. Attendance and on-time sign-in at the pre-bid conference by a representative of each Bidder is mandatory.
