PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk of the chartered City of Vista (“Agency”) for furnishing all plant, labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, utilities and all other items and facilities necessary therefore, as provided in the Contract Documents, for the "BREEZE HILL PARK PHASE I PICKLEBALL COURT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT C.I.P. No. 8403" in strict accordance with the Project Specifications and Plans on file in the City of Vista Engineering Department.
