SCOPE: It is the intent of this formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to receive Bid Proposals from qualified Bidders for the Sunset Maintenance Facility (SMF) HVAC Improvements Project. In accordance with the bid specifications and conditions, the work includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of the existing HVAC equipment, supporting systems integration, and any additional site restoration resulting from systems improvements. The site is located at Sunset Maintenance Facility (SMF), 5165 W. Sunset Rd, Las Vegas, 89118.
