City of Lino Lakes (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of Well No. 7 Raw Watermain Extension. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received online through QuestCDN vBid™ until Thursday, October 29, 2026, 10:00 AM local time. Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, representatives of the City of Lino Lakes will publicly view Bids at an online Bid opening meeting. Those interested in viewing the online Bid opening are welcome to join the meeting by logging on to https://zoom.us/join or calling 309.205.3325 and entering Meeting ID 966 3884 8054 and Passcode 501859. The as-read online Bid results will be available at www.questcdn.com following the Bid opening.
Project Description

Description: The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities:
  • 1        L S        Dewatering
  • 1        L S        Water Manhole
  • 1        EA        Hydrant
  • 3        EA        6”, 12” and 24” Gate Valve and Box
  • 655        L F         6” to 24” Watermain (DIP and PVC)
  • 1100        LBS        Ductile Iron Fittings
  • 1        L S         Temporary Traffic Control
  • 1        L S         Restoration
    • Additional Description: The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Lino Lakes shall comply with the provisions of the statute.

    Bids will only be accepted via the electronic bidding service through QuestCDN.

    The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
