This project generally consists of pavement preservation improvements through localized asphalt patching and application of a Type II emulsified asphalt slurry seal treatment. The work includes traffic control, flagging operations, and surface preparation necessary to extend the service life of existing roadways.

Additional improvements include installation of thermoplastic pavement markings, crosswalk bars, stop bars, and school zone symbols to restore traffic control devices and enhance roadway safety following completion of the slurry seal operations.
