Project Description: The City of Charlotte (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Drug and Alcohol Testing Services and Background Screening Services in support of a safety-sensitive and regulated workforce.The selected vendor(s) must deliver fully compliant, technology-enabled, and service-oriented solutions that meet all applicable federal, state, and local regulations while providing modern, real-time data access and reporting capabilities.
