Description:Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is seeking a customizable, vendor hosted, web-based training and learning management system (LMS) that utilizes traditional and/or CLT information security compliant Artificial Intelligence (AI), micro-learning and other cutting-edge strategies to meet ever evolving aviation industry and airport regulatory, customer and employee needs. Focus should be on training outcomes that go beyond simple course completion rates and focus on operational impact. CLT airport has approximately 22,000 badged employees of the airport, airlines, and other agencies that require various Secure Identification Display Area (SIDA), Driver’s, Aviation Safety, customer service and other training courses in accordance with local, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements under Code of Federal Regulations Title 49, Part 1542, and Title 14, part 139.
