Description

CLT is seeking proposals for a Family Assistance Portfolio to support the Airport over a two-year period. The purpose of this portfolio is to review, validate, and strengthen CLT’s existing Family Assistance Support Plan (FASP), and to design, deliver, and evaluate a progressive set of training and exercises. These activities will culminate in a Tabletop Exercise (TTX) and a Full-Scale Exercise (FSE), designed to prepare internal teams, stakeholders, and partner agencies for incidents on CLT property that require family assistance operations.

From the onset of the performance period, CLT desires that the Proposer have the capability to provide on-call emergency family assistance operational support; to assist with family assistance operations should an incident occur on CLT property requiring these services. This on-call capability shall be proposed and priced as a separately identified option (ex: retainer and/or on-call agreement, task order, and/or hourly rate schedule) and may be activated at CLT’s discretion.
