The Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) seeks to award a contract for landscaping maintenance services of common areas, including facilities, roadways, field & drainage areas, and inclusive of turf, shrubs, ground cover, and trees, mulching, bedding areas, annual color, trash control, and chemical application. The landscape maintenance service area is divided into multiple Zones (zones 2 and 3, also referred to herein as “Zone” or “Zones”). Zone 2 is primarily parking areas and mowing along Billy Graham Parkway and Minute Man Drive. CLT intends to award each Zone to separate companies; however, each company is encouraged to propose on any Zone for which they qualify. CLT reserves the right to award multiple Zones to a single company (also referred to herein as “Contractor”) based on budget or qualifications.
