Line 1: Kit must be man portable, containing 26 or more assorted 1) three layer activated carbon composite decon mitts(lrg); 2) large and medium three layer activated carbon composite decon wipes; AND at least 500ml of decon solution w/mixing beaker, stir rod and spray bottle.*
