Project Description: Community Impact Solicitation (CIS) is a competitive process issued by the Louisville Jefferson
County Landbank Authority, Inc, (Landbank) to identify qualified applicants for acquisition and
redevelopment of Landbank owned structures. The CIS process allows Landbank to sell properties
outside of its normal program guidelines for the following purposes identified below in #15 additional section.
