Project Description: A Community Impact Solicitation ("CIS") is a competitive process issued by the Louisville & Jefferson County Landbank Authority, Inc. to identify qualified applicants for acquisition and redevelopment of Landbank owned structures. The Landbank is seeking applicants who will hire licensed contractors to complete the rehab and sell to a buyer that will be an owner-occupant at an affordable housing rate OR are a licensed contractor that will perform the rehab and sell to a buyer that will be on owner-occupant at an affordable housing rate.
