Installation of three (3) Owner-provided electrical vehicle chargers at the Johnson County Central Resource Library, including the provision of all other materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and any and all other items necessary to complete the Work.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held at 10:00AM CT on November 5, 2026, at the Johnson County Central Resource Library located at 9875 W. 87th Street, Overland Park, Kansas 66212. Please gather near the front entrance.  Representation is required by General/Prime Contractors to be eligible to submit a bid.

Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM CT on November 13, 2026, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed.
