FIRE & EMS STATION NO. 21 RECONSTRUCTION
FOR CITY OF WEST DES MOINES, IOWA

Upon receipt and evaluation of the Statement of Qualifications submitted in response to the RFQ for the Fire & EMS Station No. 21 CMaR Services, issued on August 25, 2026, The City of West Des Moines hereby invites the following qualified firms (listed alphabetically) to submit a response to this Request for Proposals (RFP):

2. DCI Group, Inc.

3. Henkel Construction Company

4. Hildreth Construction

5. Kraus-Anderson

6. Ryan Companies US, Inc.

7. Stahl Construction

8. The Hansen Company

9. Turner Construction Company
Electronically submitted Proposals will be received by the City of West Des Moines City Clerk’s Office at https://wdm.ionwave.net until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday October 21, 2026, and must remain valid for 90 days from the RFP due date, for the following described public improvement project:
