The purpose of this ITB solicitation is to establish an annual contract to supply couplings, clamps and service saddles to be used by the Water Utilities Department.

Any questions or request for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specification, an addendum will be issued.
