Project Description: The City of Dallas (the “City”) is soliciting Proposals to establish a thirty-six (36) month
Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement for (1) Track
inspections (2) Maintenance and repairs of its railroad spur track system . Services will be
ordered on an as-needed basis during the term of this contract.
