The Town of Warren, Rhode Island, is requesting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for the surface preparation, repair, priming, and protective coating of designated exterior deck surfaces at the Warren Wastewater Treatment Facility, 427 Water Street, Warren, Rhode Island 02885 at the Town’s Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 427 Water Street, Warren, Rhode Island.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Warren, Rhode Island, in the office of the Town Clerk, 514 Main Street, until 11:15 am on Thursday October 1, 2026, after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Town Clerks Office, 1st Floor of the Town Hall Building (514 Main Street, Warren, RI).

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive formalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the Town.

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 514 Main Street, Warren, RI 02885.
