The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for Fire Life and Safety Systems Inspections, Testing and Repair.

The Effective Date of this Agreement will be upon final signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department.

The Commencement Date of this Agreement will be upon January 1 , 2027 which is on or after the ordinance approved start date or the contract term start date that the Phoenix City Council approves or the Effective Date, whichever is later.

The term of this Agreement will be for five (5) years beginning on the Commencement Date, with no options to extend .

Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement will terminate upon the earliest occurrence: by reaching the end of the term including any extensions exercised, or termination pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.

WSD utilizes various Fire & Life Safety Systems throughout administrative facilities, operational sites, and restricted tunnel systems located within Maricopa County. The covered service area spans multiple properties across a large geographic footprint. FLSS in use include, but are not limited to:

3. Fiber Optic Fire Alarm Communication Pathways
4. Fire Alarm Systems
5. Fire Doors
6. Fire Sprinkler Systems (Wet)
7. Gas Systems
8. Pre-Action Systems (Dry)
9. Special Hazard Fire Suppression Systems
10. Vesda Systems
