The Effective Date of this Agreement will be upon final signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department.
The Commencement Date of this Agreement will be on or about January 1, 2027.
The term of this Agreement will be for 3 years, beginning on the Commencement Date, with 2 one-year options to extend, which may be exercised by the City in its sole discretion .
