The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the Division of Rehabilitation Services to establish a contract for a Central Nonprofit Agency (CNA) to manage the State Use Program. The purpose of the program is to encourage the employment of people with disabilities so that they can be self- sufficient, productive, and independent and at the same time provide goods and services to the State at a fair market value. The Governor's Committee for the Purchase of Commodities and Services from the Handicapped was established to monitor the performance of the CNA.
