The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of The West Virginia Adjutant General's Office to establish a contract for the one-time purchase of commercial kitchen equipment for its Patriot Guardens Program located at the WV Army National Guard Joint Force Headquarters, 1703 Coonskin Drive, Charleston, WV 25311.
