This Request for Information (RFI) is solely for market research purposes and does not constitute a solicitation for bids. This RFI will NOT result in an award. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information. The Colorado Department of Education (CDE) may use responses received from this RFI as background information for the development of a future solicitation for an online educator credentialing, preparation, and investigation/case management system; to inform budget decisions; to determine whether to issue a solicitation; and for additional decision-making purposes.

Vendors do not have to answer every Response Question. Vendors are encouraged to respond to as many Response questions as they are able.
