The Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) states herein its belief that only one source, National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), exists from which to obtain continued testing services for engineering and surveying licensing board services, per the accompanying Statement of Work.
This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties to submit comments and/or an objection to the determination that NCEES is the sole source for these testing services.
