Project Description: St. Lucie Public Schools (SLPS) requests sealed bids from a properly certified licensed contractor to ensure high levels of operational standards for fire sprinkler systems. The awarded contractor shall provide fire sprinkler systems inspections and repair services on an as needed basis. This shall include inspection, testing and maintenance for all locations listed on the bid form (Attachment H). This bid DOES NOT include the monitoring of the fire systems.
