LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT PARTNER. The Metropolitan Mosquito Control District (MMCD) is seeking qualifications from experienced leadership-development and change-management firms to design and implement a comprehensive, sustained program that equips leaders to guide the organization through ongoing change and embeds long-term learning into daily workplace practices. The scope includes a recommended approach for three key groups: the Senior Leadership Team, People Leaders, and Field Operations Supervisors (FOS).
