PUBLIC NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
The City of Hickory Ridge is interested in acquiring the services of an engineer to provide the necessary services to design and construct improvements to the water system including existing piping replacement and filter improvements to the existing water treatment facilities, and related facilities.
The project is proposed to be funded by a grant/loan from Arkansas Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Division and other possible funding sources.
Procedures for selection of an engineer will be in accordance with procurement requirements of the State of Arkansas.
Interested parties are invited to secure a Request for Qualifications package from Cianna Phipps, City of Hickory Ridge, P.O. Box 34, Hickory Ridge, Arkansas 72347, or by calling 870-697-2201. Responses should be submitted to Mayor Tillman Kennon, P.O. Box 34, Hickory Ridge, Arkansas 72347, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday August 10, 2026.
