Sealed bids will be received by the Engineering Department on behalf of the Board of Commissioners, Central Arkansas Water, 425 W. Capitol Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, (8th Floor), until 10:00 A.M., July 1, 2026, for the following:

Plans and specifications may be examined and obtained at the above office at no cost. Bidders must obtain an official set of contract documents, either hard copy or electronic, directly from Central Arkansas Water and be listed on the plan holders list for this project in order to insure receipt of bid addendums or project updates.
There will be a pre-bid conference on June 16, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. The pre-bid conference will be held on site at the corner of E. Roosevelt Rd. and Sherman St. near the AutoZone located at 515 E. Roosevelt Rd., Little Rock. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference. All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid.
The Commission reserves the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of Central Arkansas Water.
