HOW TO OBTAIN THE RFQ DOCUMENTS ON THE APPLICABLE INTERNET SITE:
1. Access https://ha.internationaleprocurement.com (no “www”).
2. Click on the “Login” button in the upper left side.
3. Follow the listed directions.
The complete solicitation documents, including all attachments and forms, are posted on this site. If you have any problems accessing or registering on the system, please call customer support at 1-866-526-0160. A hard copy of the documents may also be viewed at the NBHS Central Office. A computer can be available upon appointment. Print/Copy fees will apply. All addenda will be issued through this site including any changes to the dates herein.
PRE-SUBMITTAL CONFERENCE:
There will be no pre-submittal conference for this solicitation. Firms are encouraged to submit written questions by the deadline shown below.
WRITTEN QUESTIONS DEADLINE:
Written questions must be received by Friday, November 20, 2026 at 4:00 PM CST. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contact person shown above. Answers of general interest will be issued as a written addendum on or about December 2, 2026. This is a qualifications-based selection under Ark. Code Ann. 19-11-801: do NOT submit a fee, a rate schedule, or any other price information. The Agency will rank firms on qualifications alone and negotiate a fee with the highest-ranked firm.
