NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Statements of Qualifications will be received by Hempstead County, Arkansas for the following:
UNTIL: Tuesday, August 18, 2026, 5:00 p.m. CST
RFQ: Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center - Professional Design Services
Hempstead County, Arkansas (the “County”) invites interested design firms to submit a written Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide professional design services for capital improvements to the Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center (the “Hospital”). The improvements are funded by a voter-approved bond issue. The County intends to deliver the project using the Construction Manager at-Risk (CMAR) Alternate Delivery Method as defined by Arkansas statute.
The County is concurrently soliciting a separate RFQ for Construction Manager at-Risk (CMAR) services. The selected design firm and the selected construction manager are expected to work side by side as a collaborative team from the earliest stages of the project.
The County supports equal opportunity. Minority-owned and women-owned business enterprises are encouraged to participate, either as a prime or as a subconsultant or subcontractor.
Only those firms submitting complete packages that best meet the needs of the County will be considered, regardless of past contracts with the County. The County reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive any informality deemed to be in the best interest of the County. The County and/or Southwest Arkansas PDD is not responsible for lost or misdirected submittals.
