Sealed Bids for the construction of the Interstate 30 Water and Sewer Relocations will be received by Malvern Water Works until 2:00 PM on August 4, 2026, at 506 Overman Street, Malvern, Arkansas 72104, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The project generally consists of construction of water and sewer relocations related to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) Project No. 061611 including 5,375 feet of 8” water line, 490 feet of 10” water line, 7,335 feet of 8” sewage force main, 420 feet of 8” gravity sewer main, 215 feet of 8” to 10” sewer line rehabilitation by pipe bursting, and installing two new submersible wastewater pumps and controls at the Happy Hollow sewage lift station together with incidental and ancillary work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit/ lump sum basis. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is:

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The Contract Documents may also be examined at the following:

Electronic copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from Crist Engineers, Inc. online at www.cristengineers.com at a purchase price of $25.00 for each set. No refunds of payment will be made, and no partial sets will be issued. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered as the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
